City In The Sky

I originally thought the city should stay in the sky by the power of the crystals floating next to it but I decided it'd be cooler if chains were supporting it up on it's sides in case the crystals lose power. The city rests between two mountains which border a forest leading to a coastal shore. I got this idea from a dream.

On the left mountain, there is a train that leads to a watch/military post/base and functions as a way to get up into the city over the chains, which acts as a bridge. On the right mountain, there is a staircase that leads up to another watch post, which has a type of monorail system that was the primary way of entering the city until it was damaged, which lead to the train built on the left mountain.

The city itself, I imagine, is magical. It is a type of mysterious city in which travelers and refugees go to, as well as many religious and political figures meet as this city is one of the only neutral standing city-states in their world.
